Those wallet downloads are working on my end. Maybe the links were updated?

you may want to take a look at the old wallets link in the op, it doesn't work

i have the old wallet from 2014 with 3-4 nodes and the new bootstrap file, but it doesn't sync

Phore dev should be able to help you with that, or maybe someone else who has the old wallet. Unfortunately, I'm one the guys who didn't have any KryptKoin lying around to swap to PHR.
No worries though, full steam ahead.
