I am not a specialist in crypto structures,but when bitcoin price goes up,altcoins prices goes up too after unknown time or not 
Because always when btc rises,altcoins to started dropped down.
I feel like it is impossible, if there is a decrease in the price of bitcoin it is certain altcoin will increase, and vice versa.this is the law of the market, will not be able to rise simultaneously.Because always when btc rises,altcoins to started dropped down.
