Yes, and with the forks coming, people don't really wanna invest in cryptos right now and prefer to wait for November.

It will be really smart to stick to the pre-sale, ICO will be moved after all the space reached by Gatcoin, I believe that many who leave for the last hour will be left out. Excellent date for pre-sale too, post-fork and many investors coming out of the fork
