IMO they are waiting like 11:00 AM in europe that are 5:00 PM in Singapore (17:00). This is the best time

So wait one hour and half and we'll see that pump

why it is the best time?
It has been some weeks when I did research about monaco but if I remember right their company is registred here in switzerland but their offices are located in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Also if I remember right the last time when they announced they did it something around 12am swiss time (18pm HK time) so I think HitTheLow is not that off with 11am.
