I think the short answer for now is No.
The legislation in Russia forbids drugs so I wouldn't really count on it.
Paragon will only operate in white or grey listed areas.
They can't operate in countries where it's illegal to use cannabis.
You shouldn´t be anxious about that.
Just wait some years than the black areas will be gone for shure.
