Yes, they are to be expected in a few days. 22nd of October according to Paragon's homepage to be precise.



HitBTC price just dropped to 60 cent$ per token, while it was 90 cents $ when i checked yesterday. Is this the pre sale people taking their profits?
As you can see above, the token will be distributed on October 22nd.
The one in hitbtc is still not the token, people there arent trading the token yet, they are trading IOU.

What is IOU?
It’s very important to understand that during the initial phase new coins don’t exist yet, people are buying IOU (“i owe you”) – not the coins themselves, but the obligations. As soon as fundraising phase is over, IOUs are being transformed into usual tokens.
