They are pioneer in what they are doing within the US and Washington State.

Delays are due to Inspectors mostly. (PSUs from Bitmain not UL Certified and not approved by inspectors) And they've been very regarding during all steps of the PODs building. 7 City inspections for each Pod.

It has not been100% transparent that is true. We were kept a bit in the dark at the start but now that the First 2 Pods have been Final inspection approved it will go much better.

You bought end May. I bought mid June. It is coming soon.

Each step, each pod need to be inspectors approve. It takes time & GW is not in charge of everything. Gov. is in charge also and sometimes they slow things down.

- 2 Pods are running.

- 1 Pod waiting final inspection. (Where our gears are maybe)

- 1 Pod is Hardware deployment. (Or here for our gears) and will then need:
  . UL listing inspection
  . Correction Based on UL Inspection
  . UL Labeling
  . L&I Final inspection - Occupancy
  1 week total I think.

- 6 Pods are under constructions.

They are late (8 weeks maybe at the end?). Very late but It is not a scam.
