If you are already registered in their interface you don't need to register again. They added a Telegram bounty to the possible rewards. I really like their interface. It's very innovative and much more usable than all those Google forms out there.
Absolutely, the interface is so much better than all the random Google Docs forms, really wished that more coins adopted something similar.
