I have to understand something with the attached picture.

1. 23514 SNM available for Buy at 0.000358 ETH, that's mean if i will buy 10,000SNM will be deducted from this amount and the trade will be execute at 0.000358ETH. correct?

2. i see there are 420,851 SNM want to be sell at 0.000339?? then why not to place limit order to buy from this rate? its will be better from 0.000358
