For the time being, $HOWL is listed in three exchanges namely etherdelta, decentrex and idex.market. Right now the most active market happens in etherdelta.

The devs and the community are giving their all to get $HOWL listed in other exchanges, particularly the "centralized" one. Due to the fact that the project is not funded through ICO, devs may from time to time encounter a hindrance to get $HOWL listed in centralized exchanges, particularly since majority of these centralized exchanges require a certain amount of payment as a prerequisite to get listed.
