c-cex is swap exchange have only ctic2.0 but cryptopia not swap but have ctic3.0 LOL
You can buy CTIC2 on both exchanges. Cryptopia terms and conditions are that coin should be active, so we had to enable the trading of CTIC3 on cryptopia
