That is certainly weird. Something like this happened to me the very first time I managed to redeem the 1000% Free BTC bonus. But I never did get that 2 in a row and certainly not the same roll number.
It happened again the second or third time [getting the next lucky number payout when I had 1000% BTC bonus] so I gave up. I've never redeemed the thousand bonus anymore. But it's not right. I worked hard to get that many RPs, I know it's not labouring out in the sun or anything but it took patience and consistency.

Just to be clear, I'm not shouting to a conspiracy here, just a bit of bad luck and a particular combination of events that I thought was worth of being shared
