Just noticed the Eth blockchain mining rate accelerated within the past 24hrs or so... does this affect your ICO date?

I'd like to know this as well. Currently, the ICO is scheduled on ETH block 4438800 (which was estimated at Nov 8.). How does this affect the ICO date?

Based on the link I provided above, the estimated start date is Oct 27. That could change, so keep an eye on the link I posted!

DiviDude is correct. Our ICO date is based on blocktime as recommended by Consensys (see this article: https://github.com/ConsenSys/smart-contract-best-practices#timestamp-dependence)
