Maybe at the right time it will pick up and maybe that time it's already in good exchanges.

This is the work of one person and it's not his first scam. We are still waiting on most of his 2012 Kickstarter promises. Oh wait, he dissolved that temporary company to dodge legal action. This cryptocurrency "ICO" is PERFECT for anonymous theft.
