From what I understand, we can expect the Loci Coin sale to be in December.
Have they released a statement about this? if so where can it be viewed?

There ICO was supposed to be a few weeks back, it was postponed. they have yet to announce a new date for its launch.
Although RUMER has it that it will be sometime in December.
