Having issues getting the wallet to sync, is there a snapshot somewhere or a good list of addresses?
Get some addnodes or all addnodes from here:
https://novaexchange.com/addnodes/ECA/ and put them into your ECA.conf file. If you don't have ECA.conf file you can make one, just copy/paste the addnodes into a text document file and save it as ECA.conf
