Why today the value of this coin is crashed down to only 4 cent of a $?!? All the world are selling and everybody leaves the boat before it go down under the water?
because of coinmarketcap bug people start to panic selling, everything was great till that moment, its coinmarketcap fault. lol

It appears to only be a bug, on the exchange the price is certainly not that low. I don't know where CoinMarketcap is getting that info from.
Although, I'll say it again. On EtherDelta it's a little tough to tell what's going on a lot of the time.
Sometimes I see Buy orders higher than Sell orders.
