I opened a support ticket with Bittrex. They transitioned my account to Enhanced within 48 hours. Just check your account "Summary Tab" 48 hours after you open a support ticket. Make sure you upload the files with the ticket to reduce follow-up. You Should be good.

I'm afraid they are getting huge amount of tickets atm and I have this very same issue now for approx 3 days waiting. Not able to finish the verification and big amount of my crypto is totally stuck.
