Not a dev., but from the info on the thread and whitepaper, the app will be launched on November 1st for Android. Hope we get an update soon for iOS. All tokens from the ICO have not been sold yet, so there is still chance to join (I would say act fast though as hardcap has almost been reached, so the ICO will more likely end earlier:https://twitter.com/electroneum/status/920965306310328320).
