It's really simple question: what is the difference (if exists) between LifeStyleCoin and another pow/pos scrypt coins?

I suggest to read about another scrypt coins, incl. LSC - in tech specification you will see at particular parameters are different in each of them. Also probably if you read the descriptions of projects, you will see differents also.
We don't wanna discuss that way "we have this, and they don't have". We would like to provide enviroment for platform/products/community supported by LSC and we are focusing on that what we are offering and show our potential and ideas.
