Any coin with Cryptonight algorithm can be mined using your CPU. Also the profitability of it depends on the coin that you are mining versus the current CPU thay you have and lastly against the current difficulty of the coin you wish or choose to mine.

If you do have that much money to invest then rather go mining on your CPU, better mine with GPU.
