Yea there is no way they will pull this off. Mining on a phone is just a joke. They'll probably just credit those people coins for having the app running and call that mining.
That's not true, it can be pulled off, just like Bytecoin is able to be mined by something as weak as a $100 android tablet. It just won't be very profitable, but it can probably be done in the background while you use your phone for other things I'd imagine.
Nooooo, there is no "mining" on the phone, they arbitrarily give you coins for running an app in the background. Read the whitepaper. It's a gimmick.
