Yes we are not done yet, wallets that has met the requirement of 0.1 balance at the moment of registration, will get the eUSD tokens by this week.

At the moment of registration? So if you did not have a 0.1 balance at that time your not eligible? Also, how are you going to do the bonus? Do you have to have the eUSD token transfered to your wallet and not sitting on EtherDelta?
