No, don't fill the form again.  It seems that the approved participant spreadsheet is not automatically filled from your application.  What i think is happening is the submitted form fills one spreadsheet which only dev can see, dev can then do some checks.  Once an applicant is approved then dev can put their address on the list of those who will receive the drop.

This might be a slow process but it is a great process to get rid of scammers and multi account folks.  We just have to be patient with dev here to do due diligence.  Doing multiple applications will just make the work all the more difficult for dev and it will take longer time for dev to assess applications.
