This one ticks all the boxes for a scam. It is not even a real airdrop as you are expected to send Ether first.

Yes, a scam, and it is disconcerting how many people seem to fall into that trap. Possibly a few of them are sockpuppets of the scammer.
it doesn't seem like a scam to me imo because the amount of ethereum you send doesn't matter so most people will just send the
smallest amount possible worth like 0.00001 usd cent that multiplied by for example 1000 people is still not much, and the OP doesn't seem to
encourage people to send big amounts of eth , either. So it's not a scam, imo, but if it turns out to be a scam it's an incredibly dumb one.
