You have to install Telegram on your Smartphone, at "Chats" you can search for Users, then just search for Dcorp and you can join "Dcorp Official" and "Dcorp Announcements" without invitation.
Why use Telegram? Is there a way to join Telegram without your whole contact list being broadcast that you joined? It doesnt look like Telegram is very private. I tried Telegram and then got a whole bunch of welcome messages from people that saw I installed. Looks like I might have to get a separate burner phone just for Telegram.
