please consider putting your time into something more perspective. After recent shitcoin storm (and it's still raining) you will have hard time to even get serious community for mining.
And why is it already fail? Because you added 0 value to this coin - only changing of constants isn't serious change. For example look at eMunie https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220530.0 common alt-coins are worthless compared to such design.
