When I provided the necessary documents of Selfie and Passport for the Enhance verification, It gives the following error.

Tips for successful verification:
Take a fresh selfie, ensure nothing is blocking a full view of your face
Do not use the same image from your identification documents
Do not use a professional profile picture
Do not manipulate the image of your identification in anyway. This includes adding watermarks or blacking out certain information
Do not crop the image of your ID such that any portion of the ID is removed including edges
But there are no re-submission button either.
I think My Account Name and My Passport Name are different.

yeah same happened with me and couldn't figure out what to do , their support asked me to take new photos and I did that many times still getting the same error message
it's because they are using a program for the verification and they aren't doing it manually , many people complained about Jumio not working properly
after the disabling issue now I'm trying to verify my account through their ticket system , I sent my data a couple of days ago but still haven't got an answer
