Since there are lots of emerging new ICO's I wonder how small the team can be to successfully pull it of ? Do small group of people(startup like) with nice idea and working prototype can start something like this, without working and listing in their pages lots of advisors, lawyers and so on? I know it displays more stable and legitimate representation of the business you doing, but is it really necessary?
