Your question doesn't quite make sense.  Are you asking how to invest?  This all depends on the country you live in as each country has (most likely) an exchange that allows you to transfer local currency via bank or wire transfer, and exchange into Bitcoin.  From there, you can send to any exchange and buy the coins or tokens you are interested in.  With out knowing the country you live, its very hard to give suggestions.
