CNP (card not present) transactions are a very high risk payment system so you cant blame people for being paranoid. Coinmama and Coinbase offer a card-based purchase platform but I am very sure it wont be as simple as typing in the card number and expiry date. They will ask you to identify yourself and prove card ownership. You can also expect miserably low purchase limits after passing the verification procedure. Thats how paranoid the industry is. They know the tricks of carders and account phishers.
