I have been running my L3+ units for months non stop with no issues. I even have the fan output down to under 50% due to the noise. Works fine. They have a setting to auto-shut down if temperature raises over 80 degrees C. Rock solid miner 
My L3s work fine too but they reboot on their own. Most of them do that once per day but two units reboot every few hours. There not many HW errors and no issues with the hash boards. Not sure what might be causing that. Temperature is around 55C.
