That is a little concerning to see since transferring such large amounts like this you would want to be confident in the person you are trading with has not problems or issues that can have any payments sent back for whatever reason.

Well, you should not only judge the OP in terms of being blocked by those 6 users. They could have been scammers who were unhappy about unsuccessful scam attempts or simply people who resent other peoples nauseatingly enormous wealth. You will be surprised with the kind of human beings you come across on LocalBitcoins. The true colors of humanity are glaringly evident on that site.
LocalBitcoins is an escrow system. If you trade correctly and follow their rules to the letter, its almost impossible to be scammed.
You cant expect perfection. If you look at the overall picture, the account profile and performance indicators are fairly impeccable and impressive.
