I took a chance and hit this guy up on Skype....he hooked it up real fast and to even make the deal better he sold me a dominos pizza for $2 
I would have to say this guy is top notch spotify account upgrader  Will be buying more pizzas off him in the future too =] Also he said if the account downgrades he will upgrade it again for free...he did however need my account and password which I gave him and just changed the password when he was done....painless and quick transaction A+
