I have had good luck with PayPal in China. If anything, PayPal China is too hard on sellers, and will take funds away from a seller upon any complaint.
I am not aware of a way to get scammed in China using PayPal, but if I'm wrong I'd like to be informed - things may have changed since I last did transfers this way.
Why paypal when it can be done with crypto/escrow....easy enough especially on a crypto forum. New member with paypal is 99.999999% a scam
