I mean, I'm grasping at straws here... but from the looks of it he created what appears to be a classic Ponzi/pyramid scheme in the form of a virtual game? If so, who involved didn't see that collapsing one day?
I remember when he started it. I trolled and I trolled. And no one listened. I think they saw it as a way of bootstrapping an economy. But right, a blind man could have seen it coming.
Don't worry! Someone with more experience in the ways of 'investments' has that money now!
