Hi yesterday i transfer yocoin from other exchange to livecoin.net,  almost it has been 14 hours, still coins not credited,  and when i checked on explorer.yocoin.org,  this transaction is not showing.  i am not able understand why it is taking long time

when i asked about this to yocoin management they told they dont know, ask livecoin customer care. a terrible answer
