I think you should be ok after the forks are over. The same thing happened with bcash. After the fork ended, and people managed to dump their free coins, they then invested it back either into the main coin or into alts. So all the capital raised from these two forks, should then be tunneled back to BTC and alts. Selling now and buying BTC would still be a good option. After the forks are gone, you should analyze the situation again.
