You are talking about Bitcoin as investment and I agree with you in that regard, but Bitcoin is also a good tool for transfering big sums of money to someone in another country. Right now for example you have to pay 80 satoshis/byte for a fast transaction which is around 20,000 satoshis, or $1.10, for an average transaction. This is not good if you want to transfer $5-$10, but it's very good if you want to transfer $200+.

Yes bitcoin is really useful if we want to send big amount of money to someone in the other side of the world fee's will be more cheaper and transaction is also fast too.
