I must turn rig for a few minutes. After it is all ok and miner running...

How do you restart miner ?
Do it this way :

pkill -e screen
pkill -f 3main

This is most likely because the mining client is still running in a screen when you start another. I have noticed that some of the clients are not being killed properly by 3main when a new coin is selected and 3main is relaunched. I will look into this more. Using papampi's suggestion should work.
