Here are more details of Zilliqa's planned fundraising, which I'm sharing with you in confidence. Also attached the Zilliqa brochure. Please do not disseminate.

We intend to cap our total raise to USD30mil.

We intend to cap the tokens distributed at pre-sale to 50% of all tokens distributed in pre-sale and public crowdsale. The pre-sale is planned to close by 31 Oct (the public crowdsale will be in Nov). We will accept pre-sale contributions with bonuses in the following categories:

Amount in USD equivalent of ETH                    Bonus rate
>=150,000 and < 1 million                             10.00%
>= 1 million and < 3 million                             12.50%
>= 3 million and <= 5 million                             15.00%

The contributions will go through the KYC/AML processes via Bitcoin Suisse, which will charge a percentage fee on the contribution.

We only accept ETH contributions. However, Bitcoin Suisse or other crypto exchanges will be able to convert fiat or other crypto currencies to ETH for a fee.

As we are close to finalising the allocation, it will be helpful if you could indicate an amount of ETH to me as soon as you can. Thank you!
