Is this wallet is safe and virus free? I'm asking because recently downloaded a wallet and detected virus inside it and my antivirus just saved me from it and deleted the file asap when I tried to open that file. Is that safe to install the wallet or not let me know, please

Update: Getting error while installing the wallet file it says libwinpthread-1.dll is missing
