Hell no!! People can dispute a paypal transaction, Paypal has NO insurance for Bitcoins. So in short that means the sell would be fucked in that case!
You don't dispute a gift payment from paypal.
If the account is hacked or card is stolen I don't care if its a Gift from the pope. It's getting taken away
