It's a serial based not a email invite process as OP not recommending to sign in your Adobe Account.
Yes you will get adobe acrobat X and Photoshop CS5, this software is kind of out dated version but still works for PDF editing and Photo editing.
Actually this kind a good package for the selling price still acceptable for me.
Lifetime? I can say YES as the trick to make it a lifetime and really impressive, it's simple as 1234 steps but really works.
Method to make other adobe product lifetime too? I can't try this method since I don't have other adobe standalone product but the way to make it lifetime seems will work as it works on this product. Actually you will apply the same trick to make other product to be lifetime.

Conclusion: Worth to buy especially if you need those product and you got other standalone adobe product.
