I did a withdraw from Bleutrade (approx 0.2 BTC) two days ago. Nothing has happened. No transaction on blockchain.info. Impossible to get a support ticket. I am afraid the BTC is lost :-(
Now the link to "support ticket" finally works. Hope I get an answer.
