Hold them in a long term basis so that you will be assured of profit. There are fluctuations along the way, sometimes very serious ones. You can store those that are ERC20 coins that do not have their own hard wallet to myetherwallet. It is best there because you are the one holding the private key. But if you are planning to trade them, better keep them in Bittrex.
