I'm thinking about reallocating appr. 3000 from BTC before the fork on Oct, 25th.

I've selected a list of altcoins that I could be reallocating to:

NEM
QUANTUM
STRATIS
STEEM

Would be glad to hear your advice as to:

1. Should I move money from BTC right before the October fork?
2. Which of the selected coins has best changes to show good performance in 1-2 months time? (any events or major development updates coming)
