Yes they missed a deadline on the timeline and the communication about it was fuzzy but I still do think PTOY is a good project with LONG TERM potential. In the US, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING in healthcare takes time those crying and folding are the typical delusional get rich overnight dreamers that are calling fraud at the delay of a milestone.  Sorry that your pink Lamborghini will be delayed but PTOY is no scam.
