Since ethereum in most cases depends on Bitcoin market value fluctuations to react I will say you should invest in both Bitcoin and ethereum at the same time so that you will benefit from what ever happen positively to Bitcoin and ethereum. You can use the percentage of 50% each of your capital for both Bitcoin and ethereum.
