i think that should be up to each miner himself. he is trying hard like all other pools to get miners, even offering 0% fee, hard to find better than that, right?
Of course. But if you've been following the last few pages of the thread, you'll know that's not just some general statement, but an observation related to a larger conversation to do with luck and massive hash rates on suprnova.
